To understand my job, we first need to talk about SAP: Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing. One wrong manual calculation, and a truck leaves half empty or, worse, overloaded. Our RPA bots now manage these complex calculations and make reservations automatically. But we go even further by coupling RPA with Artificial Intelligence. We have implemented solutions that ensure active monitoring on social media: the robot collects customer comments, and the AI analyzes them to immediately detect dissatisfaction or a technical problem.
